Information about your request: the treatment you are interested in, preferred travel dates and your message.
Health information you choose to share: dental photos, X-rays and other dental documents.
Technical data: basic server logs and your language choice, which is stored in your browser.
3. Why we use your data
We use your data to respond to your request, prepare your consultation, coordinate with partner dental clinics and help organise your travel and stay.
We process health information only with your explicit consent, which you give through the consent box in our forms and can withdraw at any time. Other processing is based on steps taken at your request before a possible agreement, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
With your consent, we share relevant information with the partner dental clinic and dentist assessing your case.
With service providers who support us, such as website hosting, form delivery (FormSubmit) and email, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Our team and partner clinics are based in Albania. If you contact us from the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your data is transferred to Albania. We share only the information needed for your request and apply appropriate safeguards to these transfers.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and coordinate your treatment, and delete or anonymise it no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights
