1. About our service

Dentistry Tourism Albania is a patient coordination service. We help international patients find dental clinics and dentists in Albania and assist with planning and travel. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide dental treatment.

2. Information on this website

The content of this website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Treatment descriptions, durations and any price information are indicative and may change.

3. Consultations and treatment plans

Remote consultations and treatment plans are provisional. The final treatment plan is confirmed by the treating dentist after an in-person examination. The agreement for dental treatment is made between you and the clinic.

4. Payments and deposits

Any fees for our services, deposits requested by clinics and refund conditions are communicated to you in writing before you commit.

5. Travel arrangements

We provide assistance and recommendations for accommodation, transfers and travel. You remain responsible for your travel documents and bookings. We recommend appropriate travel and health insurance.

6. Liability

Clinical responsibility for diagnosis and treatment lies with the treating dentist and clinic. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the outcome of dental treatment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to Dentistry Tourism Albania or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
